solid stay
convenient location nearby supermarket good variety
i stayed for a week and found the location quite convenient. the nearby supermarket made getting supplies easy. breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fruit and hot dishes.
the air conditioning unit in my room was difficult to adjust. i could not get the temperature quite right. this was a bit uncomfortable at times.

the room included a mini fridge. there was also adequate storage space for clothes and personal items. two twin beds were provided, which worked well for me. the beds were really comfortable.

the hotel provided breakfast daily, a buffet with ample choices. i found the variety included cooked items, fresh bread, meats, and cheeses. yogurts, fruit, and salads were available too.

The breakfast included a good variety of choices. The hotel's location allowed easy access to the beach, port, restaurants, and shops. I appreciated that the staff members were friendly and helpful . I got a discount for nearby parking, since the hotel does not have parking.
My room was a little smaller than I expected.

Staff members are helpful and polite. They address guest concerns promptly. Daily room cleaning happened. The staff ensured a tidy and comfortable stay, but seemed a little stand-offish in person, unfortunately.

The hotel enjoys a prime location near the beach, good restaurants, and convenient public transport links. It makes exploring the area easy. It has a mini-market just across, super convenient if you need anything

the breakfast was really good. they refilled the food constantly, and there were so many fruits. i liked the guacamole, bacon, and eggs too.
the male reception staff did not understand what i was saying. the hotel does not provide drinking tap water! the ac unit was not working, though the manager set it up.

large room useful fridge comfortable bed great location
The room was larger than i expected, especially given the price i paid. it included a mini fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. the bed was comfortable, and i got two twin beds as requested (i was traveling with a friend). the location was decent. I found a large supermarket and many restaurants nearby.
i noticed the windows in my room were not as clean as they could have been.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh bread, baked goods, meats, and cheeses. i also found yogurts, fruits, and salads. Plenty of seeds, honey, and jam were available. hot drinks and fresh juices were also provided.

The staff was friendly. They addressed my questions promptly via live chat on the website. i received a free shuttle bus service to palmitos park after purchasing a ticket (i recommend doing this). the staff seemed polite and helpful.

the room had a good air conditioning system and a mini fridge. the bed was comfortable and i got twin beds. the buffet breakfast was ample with cooked items and fresh bread.
i was told i had a sea view, but it was more like a port view. the pillows did not have much filling, it was almost flat. i expected better.
