i stayed for a week and found the location quite convenient. the nearby supermarket made getting supplies easy. breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fruit and hot dishes.
the air conditioning unit in my room was difficult to adjust. i could not get the temperature quite right. this was a bit uncomfortable at times.

the room included a mini fridge. there was also adequate storage space for clothes and personal items. two twin beds were provided, which worked well for me. the beds were really comfortable.

The breakfast included a good variety of choices. The hotel's location allowed easy access to the beach, port, restaurants, and shops. I appreciated that the staff members were friendly and helpful . I got a discount for nearby parking, since the hotel does not have parking.

the breakfast was really good. they refilled the food constantly, and there were so many fruits. i liked the guacamole, bacon, and eggs too.
the male reception staff did not understand what i was saying. the hotel does not provide drinking tap water! the ac unit was not working, though the manager set it up.

The room was larger than i expected, especially given the price i paid. it included a mini fridge, useful for storing drinks and snacks. the bed was comfortable, and i got two twin beds as requested (i was traveling with a friend). the location was decent. I found a large supermarket and many restaurants nearby.
i noticed the windows in my room were not as clean as they could have been.

The staff was friendly. They addressed my questions promptly via live chat on the website. i received a free shuttle bus service to palmitos park after purchasing a ticket (i recommend doing this). the staff seemed polite and helpful.

i was told i had a sea view, but it was more like a port view. the pillows did not have much filling, it was almost flat. i expected better.
