I liked the staff they are helpful. Breakfast has many items to choose. My room included a balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore. Free parking exists at this hotel.

The noise from the restaurant at night was a problem. The sound from the stairs goes directly to the room. It's hard to sleep before the restaurant closes. This is one negative thing.

Staff are very helpful and cute. The waiters offered good wine suggestions. They worked hard to keep everything ticking along nice and smooth. Staff allowed extra guests for breakfast and made great coffee.
