The hotel provided a twenty-four hour check-in service, which helped. I appreciated that they stored my luggage on my departure day. This allowed me to explore before my flight. The lobby included a handy cafe, restaurant, and tourist bureau.
The breakfast included very basic options, it did not offer significant variety.

The hotel benefits from a central situation. It is within easy walking distance of museums. Markets and tour operators exist nearby. Teleferico stations are a short walk.

I am grateful for the tourist bureau, located at lobby level. The cafe and restaurant at the hotel gave options. I found the lobby to be fantastic, it had a style. The wifi worked well.

the staff was helpful, they always helped with a smile. i enjoyed the two restaurants in the lobby, both with distinct menus. the front cafe provided good sweets, a small treat. its proximity to the witches market and main square eased navigation.
the shower took a while to heat up. it eventually worked, but the initial wait was a bit long.
