convenient location helpful directions breakfast variety quick turnaround
I found the location very convenient to various attractions and restaurants. The staff provided helpful directions and answered my questions promptly. The breakfast offered GREAT variety. I appreciated the laundry service located across the street, it had a quick turnaround.
The wifi was sometimes unreliable. I experienced occasional connectivity issues during peak hours, STILL, it was usable.

The included breakfast had a South American style, offering plentiful options each morning I was there. I noticed a café adjoined to the hotel, and a restaurant within the premises, both offering local and healthy meals.

The hotel provided a twenty-four hour check-in service, which helped. I appreciated that they stored my luggage on my departure day. This allowed me to explore before my flight. The lobby included a handy cafe, restaurant, and tourist bureau.
The breakfast included very basic options, it did not offer significant variety.

The hotel benefits from a central situation. It is within easy walking distance of museums. Markets and tour operators exist nearby. Teleferico stations are a short walk.

ideal stay near witches market
helpful staff lobby restaurants excellent location
the staff was helpful, they always helped with a smile. i enjoyed the two restaurants in the lobby, both with distinct menus. the front cafe provided good sweets, a small treat. its proximity to the witches market and main square eased navigation.
the shower took a while to heat up. it eventually worked, but the initial wait was a bit long.
