friendly staffclean placelarge suite
we were a group of six family members. our suite was quite large. it had what we needed and was clean. the staff was informative and friendly. we even got to experience the festival of lights. we later watched a hockey game at the bell center.
the hotel looks a little off from the outside.

The reception staff was always smiling and helpful! i could find staff available at all times, and they answered all my questions without hesitation. They gave assistance quickly and efficiently, which i appreciated.

The hotel offers free laundry machines and a decent fitness center. i found a lounge with snacks and supplies available for purchase off the lobby. The free wifi worked well, letting me stream videos without interruption.

Our room had a full kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, and even pans. it was spacious and clean! the water pressure in the shower was awesome. There was no noise from the street either.

I loved the convenient location. It's close to public transport (a nearby train station and airport bus stops across the street helped so much!). numerous lovely restaurants are just a couple of blocks away on ste catharine st plus, a grocery store and mall are also nearby, which i really appreciated.
the lack of daily room cleaning was a bit disappointing, i think. i felt for the price, more frequent tidying would have been great. receiving only one small bar of soap and limited dishwasher pods for a three-night stay also felt a little stingy (i would've loved more!).

the staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out (always a plus!). they promptly addressed my queries regarding local transport. the team seemed very helpful and polite during my entire stay.

delicious coffee is available in a room off the lobby, which i found very convenient (especially in the mornings!). this area also has snacks and supplies for purchase. while there isn't a full restaurant on-site, the nearby options are plentiful.

the room includes a well-equipped kitchen, which i used to make breakfast (it was so convenient!). the free washing machines and dryers are another great perk, particularly for longer stays. i appreciate the availability of such amenities.

the ac didn't work in main bedroom. the hotel provided two fans, it helped but not ideal.
