adequate for a short stay. but had some issues

noise levelstrange lighting

i found the noise level quite disruptive. i could clearly hear other guests throughout the night. it was hard to get a good night's sleep. also, the room seemed a bit dark, and the lighting system felt strange. i think the cleaning could have been better. there were spots on the floor.

The airport shuttle runs without a surcharge. That was very convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions for the shuttle pick-up. i also appreciated the free airport shuttle and parking option. it added a lot of value.

The shuttle service gave me some trouble. I spent quite some time searching for the pickup location and when I called for assistance, they were unhelpful until I got there (i REALLY needed help). the room lacked shampoo, INCONVENIENT.
