I felt wonderfully welcomed. The check-in process was swift and seamless. our room featured a lovely balcony that gave us beautiful views. i also loved the good dinner service, it was an amazing experience.
The air conditioning system in our room seemed a little antiquated. It was either fully on or off.

i must state, the breakfast service proved disappointing. the coffee tasted weak, a significant misstep for a hotel aspiring to excellence. furthermore, the limited soundproofing in the rooms allowed external noise to permeate, disrupting the tranquility i expect at this price point. it's a distraction that requires immediate attention. the staff needs to be retrained!
