Excellent stay with great service
helpful staff clean spa generous portions beautiful gardens
the staff was very kind and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay i found the spa clean quiet and well-staffed it felt very relaxing dinner quality was excellent and portions were generous i appreciated the ambiance and gardens surrounding the hotel the trees were beautiful and the views were expansive.
my room had a balcony however it faced the parking lot therefore privacy was limited and i could not use it much

the wellness centre has baskets available with flip flops bath gowns and large fluffy towels access is through a beautifully decorated passage the pool was warm.

I felt wonderfully welcomed. The check-in process was swift and seamless. our room featured a lovely balcony that gave us beautiful views. i also loved the good dinner service, it was an amazing experience.
The air conditioning system in our room seemed a little antiquated. It was either fully on or off.

weak coffee limited soundproofing
i must state, the breakfast service proved disappointing. the coffee tasted weak, a significant misstep for a hotel aspiring to excellence. furthermore, the limited soundproofing in the rooms allowed external noise to permeate, disrupting the tranquility i expect at this price point. it's a distraction that requires immediate attention. the staff needs to be retrained!

The breakfast buffet offered MANY options. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. I used the on-site parking , and it was convenient.
The spa area is located next to a somewhat busy road.
