prompt service thin crust pizza helpful team
the room was cleaned daily and the service was prompt. we also tried thin crust pizza and desserts , all were delicious. the reception team was always helpful and cute.
the curtains were not blackout , so the room became bright early.

great location, awesome staff
perfect location comfortable rooms varied dining organized management
the hotel sits right on mall road. it made exploring the town super easy on foot. the rooms are well kept. i liked the dining options, from the cafe to the brewery. the staff was friendly, and everything felt organized.
the coffee machine in the room wasn't working, so i had to drink instant coffee.

The staff was always available and ready to assist with any request. They gave very quick responses to all the requests, and any issues were addressed immediately, showing a focus to guest satisfaction.

The beautiful room facing the mall road had a bathtub. the room included good air conditioning and a tv with various channels. The interior decoration included local art, that shows regional culture and aesthetic.

This hotel is directly located on mall road. This gives quick access to various shops and local attractions and the railway station is about 20 minutes away by taxi, so travel connections are very easy.
