the room was cleaned daily and the service was prompt. we also tried thin crust pizza and desserts , all were delicious. the reception team was always helpful and cute.
the curtains were not blackout , so the room became bright early.

the hotel sits right on mall road. it made exploring the town super easy on foot. the rooms are well kept. i liked the dining options, from the cafe to the brewery. the staff was friendly, and everything felt organized.
the coffee machine in the room wasn't working, so i had to drink instant coffee.
