the room i stayed in offered a functional air conditioner. it provided an immediate relief from the heat. the location was very close to the train station. this made my travel convenient. the staff was attentive and very helpful with directions.

the location was ideal (right by the train station). it made getting around so easy. the staff at reception were helpful. i was able to leave my bag after checkout. the room had decent blackout curtains, a nice touch.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from other rooms.

the staff were friendly, even checking us in early! they accommodated letting us leave baggage after checkout.
the air conditioner was not working i reported it on the first morning. i reported it again mid afternoon and received an extra blanket. the aircon still was not working when i checked out.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. He assisted with transport to the airport. The location is convenient to the train and bus stations (i especially liked this!), and also close to supermarkets.
The sound isolation was poor. I could hear the neighbors' conversations. there was no fridge in the room (which was disappointing).
