slow service late checkout
the breakfast buffet was acceptable with a wide variety of options.
The service level was disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested and slow. i ordered a car from the airport, but it was delayed by 20 minutes. The driver didn't apologize. also, housekeeping disturbed me despite my late checkout. This lack of communication was annoying

acceptable stay
breakfast buffet rich food clean room big size rooftop bar low service bad attitude dark hallway outdated hotel
the breakfast buffet had very rich and good food. the rooms were big and clean with air conditioning. the rooftop bar was nice, and the pool was on the third floor roof with a bar close by.
i found the service level to be below what i expect in a hotel of this class. staff seemed to walk around with no service attitude. the hallways to the rooms are quite dark and seem to require updating.
