the staff greeted me with a smile, and they patiently answered all my questions despite many people being there at the time.

my room lacked the promised rainfall shower, instead, i had a bathtub with a handheld shower head, and using this shower was almost impossible because a half-length glass panel caused water to flood the bathroom floor.

My room was very clean. the service from the staff at the counter was excellent. the free airport shuttle service was perfect and timely. i loved watching the airplanes take off from my window. It added a unique touch.

the airport shuttle was fast it took me to the hotel quickly. i was allowed to use the gym the pool and the hot tubs before check-in. the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

the shower design caused water to splash easily outside the shower area.
