The staff demonstrated attentiveness and readily offered assistance. My room had comfortable beds and generous wardrobe space. The balcony was spacious. It was a great bonus. Restaurants and bars offered variety, and the dining times were flexible, this made my holiday a treat.
The coffee cups in the room needed extra cleaning before use, so, I had to wash them.

EXCELLENT stay!

The location is PERFECT. It's a short walk on the promenade to Puerto Banús. There is a supermarket nearby for any needs I had. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace, I definitely recommend staying here to get the most out of a visit.
The cleanliness was Really good, but our room had some fruit pieces. Two mornings our room was cleaned, yet glasses and bowls with food remained. Cleaners came after 4pm one day.

The room is big and clean and the semi-private jacuzzi outside is GLORIOUS. Everything ensures a comfortable vacation. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower and provided ample space.

The hotel provides free parking spots right in front, A BIG bonus. I also liked that they have turtles and fish around the grounds and pools. This adds unique charm to the hotel.

The hotel is well situated just a few minutes from the beach. I really enjoyed the long promenade in both directions. It made exploring very easy. The beach is nice in the area. I couldn't find a better location.

The location was good, near Puerto Banus. It was a short walk along the coastal path. Buses outside the hotel go to places like Estepona. The reception area is bright and clean. It has views of the pool and sea.
I got charged for coffee pods. I got four coffee pods for four nights, then had to pay six euros for four more. Milk for tea cost extra, even though it was a small amount. The bed was two singles pushed together. It was difficult to avoid feeling the ridge.
