amazing breakfasthelpful staff
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a super range of options for everyone. All the staff were very helpful. I found this extended from reception to the cleaning staff. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

breakfast featured lots of tasty options. the location is near la defense arena, made attending my event super easy. i received thoughtful welcome gifts and a personalized note upon arrival .
the absence of a mini-fridge or safe in the room was a slight inconvenience.

unavailable parkingrude staff
I was a little disappointed. the hotel advertised parking, but it wasn't available upon my arrival. it was late, and i had to find parking elsewhere. the staff only offered coke when my children were thirsty. Surely, they could have provided water after a long journey.
