Solid stay near Termini

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room included fresh towels and toiletries daily. The hotel is conveniently located, less than 300 meters from Termini station (great for early morning departures!).
I found the towels to be quite worn (new ones would be a plus). A better shower head is needed as it provided a jet-like stream.

A caffe across the street sells bus tickets and tobacco. It proved a lovely morning stop. I enjoyed my visits (especially the pastries!).

The staff was helpful and friendly, the overall experience was positive. They promptly addressed questions and requests, contributing to a cute atmosphere. Staff cares about guests.

The quadruple room included two bathrooms, a pleasant surprise. A fridge was also available in the room. There were no tea or coffee making facilities.

i was grateful the location was very close to termini station. this proximity made travel very easy. the room was quite spacious for just one person, and i appreciated the large bathroom.
The building seemed quite old. The entrance and lobby area weren't very appealing. sound travelled easily through the walls. i could hear neighbors, not ideal.

the location WAS super! It was very close to the termini station. The staff were friendly AND helpful. The room was clean and tidy WITH AC.
the floors were cold i THINK. The ventilator in the bathroom was loud ALL the time. I could hear neighbors THROUGH the thin walls.

The location was near the main train station, making transport easy.
I encountered problems with the room's cleanliness. The shower had mold, and the floor looked dirty. the bed was not comfortable. The mattress felt old and lumpy (i really expected better).

missing lamphigh price
The room lacked a bedside lamp. There was only a central ceiling light. Finding the hotel proved difficult. I received no information about the building. Just a large brown door existed. I felt the price was too high for what I received.
