amazing views professional service ample space rocky check-in unhelpful staff communication issues
I secured a room on the 40th floor, and the views were amazing! The staff offered attentive and professional service throughout my stay. The room had ample space. it felt clean and well-equipped.
My check-in process was a bit rocky. I requested an early check-in after a long flight, and I faced some resistance. the situation created an initial negative impression.

The hotel room was high-spec. It was cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast options were numerous. Staff was happy to accommodate special requests.
