the staff was acceptable in managing my requests.
the noise insulation was insufficient i requested a quieter room but the replacement still allowed significant street noise preventing proper rest at night i found this unacceptable for the price.

The staff handled luggage transfers with excellent efficiency.. they stored our bags before check-in and even delivered them to our room. i appreciated the responsiveness regarding the airpods i left behind. The staff arranged for them to be sent to my next hotel. the location provided easy access to restaurants and transportation.
