Claire and her family created a warm atmosphere. i felt comfortable and at ease in their hotel! the breakfast was easily 10/10. their main meal also achieved a perfect score, being a 10/10. claire were pretty good for my daughter's birthday. She.
The walk to local attractions was longer than expected. this distance made it a bit tiring to reach the shops. Arcades. Beach. And the fair.

wet matsurine smell
I booked a "Family Room". I found several issues. The mats in the shower area felt wet. The room smelled strongly of urine. The breakfast included burnt items and wrong orders. Rude staff attitude was unacceptable.

the breakfast was good with many options and they asked if i wanted more.
the two flights of narrow stairs to my room were tricky to navigate. the shower was also a bit temperamental. i probably would not stay here again because of the poor access to the rooms.

The room was clean. the breakfast was good, it included multiple options. the location was convenient. It was a short walk to attractions.
The stairs were narrow. Navigating them with luggage was difficult. the shower temperature was inconsistent, a nuisance. there was no on-site parking, which required finding alternatives.
