Really good Hospitality and Service
helpful staff clean hotel nice facilities cute bellmen
Ishvi at the front desk was very helpful at check-in, and accommodated our requests. Chef Amit was hospitable at the breakfast buffet. He checked in with guests. Gurjant and Harpreet, the bellmen, were cute upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and features nice facilities like the fitness centre and spa.
The TV system required connecting to the Wi-Fi before using any apps, a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast featured a wide variety of options to suit many tastes. Staff remembered preferences and ensured prompt replenishments. Chef Amit provided excellent hospitality, explaining the inspiration behind each dish. I enjoyed the diverse culinary offerings.

air conditioning uncomfortable room
The staff were helpful plus the food was excellent. Health and safety was great also.
I was quite disappointed. The room's air conditioning was not working properly during the night. This made the room uncomfortable and suffocating. I could not sleep well at all.
