Solid Hotel Choice
free activities clean rooms
The mini club offered many free activities for children. My daughter enjoyed mini club, cinema, and t-shirt painting. I had good cocktails. The staff helped us to fully enjoy our holiday. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were very helpful

great entertainment amazing coffee shop very good food fresh coat limited entertainment disappointing entertainment
i loved that the entertainment was great every night. the food was very good with different options. there were two coffee shops on site, amazing.
i found that some areas could use a fresh coat of paint. the hotel and grounds are generally nice otherwise. there were also limited and disappointing entertainment options.

late room food variety
My stay wasn't great. I encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon. I had to wait several hours (it felt endless) in the lobby. The food was also quite repetitive and bland. I found myself eating the same things every day. There was a distinct lack of variety (which was very disappointing).

fantastic family stay!
great facilities engaging activities convenient locations
i enjoyed the varied activities available for all age groups. finding conveniently located food and drink options throughout the resort was easy. i found the housekeeping service very efficient and staff were eager to assist. plenty of swimming pools were available including many waterslides suitable for different ages.

the hotel is nicely situated with a short walk leading to the beach area. several swimming pools cater for children and adults. there are multiple playgrounds and an expansive sandy beach. these features kept the kids happy.

Wonderful Family Vacation
pool variety clean pool convenient beach amazing cocktail
I really liked the variety of pools available. the waterpark was fun, and i appreciated how clean all the pool areas were. the beach access was also very convenient. Drinks and snacks were available right by the beach (it.). barmen crafted amazing cocktails based on my preferences (especially the mojito!).
i noticed that the main restaurant got quite noisy during peak hours, a bit challenging to enjoy a relaxed meal.

The buffet offered good variety. I found something to enjoy every day. bars and food were available at the beach. This was very convenient for quick bites and drinks. the quality of the drinks stood out (especially the local options!).

The staff was friendly and helpful. They always wanted to assist. cennet from customer service was really good, going above and beyond to help (she was super polite!). most of the staff understood foreign languages well (i found this very helpful).
