The location was superb, right in the heart of ginza. it made accessing shopping and dining easy. the staff were also very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with directions. i appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby. They were a nice treat after a day of exploring.

The room had a huge bed. It was super comfy. modern japanese bathroom fixtures included a divided shower space and bathtub! amenities seemed comprehensive. I found everything i needed.

the hotel offered convenient access to ginza shopping and dining options. easy access to many train stations was a plus. don quijote and familymart were right downstairs.

there is a communal lounge area next to reception. complimentary hot drinks, juices, snack bites, and pastries were available . two complimentary alcohol drinks per room were offered each night, we loved the option to unwind.
