the room was super clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the parking on site saved me a headache. breakfast included many choices and the staff showed warmth.
the room was small, so movement was somewhat limited.

The complimentary breakfast offered such good quality food, i loved the dining area very much. The beautiful gardens provided the perfect space for relaxation. the annotated maps were especially helpful with local pubs marked, i left my luggage after checkout and collected it later. the dog greeted us with so much joy. :)
the extractor fan in the bathroom was coated in dirt, it was a slight drawback.

the hosts were lovely. the breakfast included locally sourced ingredients. the visitor lounge included large sofas with a view of the lane. the reception features original panel work and a capacious window seat.
i found black marks in bathroom tile grout. the extractor fan had thick dirt. i think a shower would have been better, as the bath was too small.

Charming Stay with Heartfelt Hospitality
warm greeting breakfast option free parking
I was greeted warmly by the owner, Alex, it felt instantly cute. Like a friend's home. Breakfast had many good options, and the staff worked hard to accommodate my needs. I enjoyed having free parking because parking can be difficult to find.
The walk back from the beach required quite a bit of stamina. The hill is quite steep.

the breakfast was fresh and plentiful (especially the choice of hot options). there was a splendid full english available with fresh yolks. all ingredients were locally sourced.
