a nice stay
great restaurantsfriendly stafflovely sunset
the resort has great restaurants. i enjoyed breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. watching the sun go down while having seafood at the sunset bar was lovely.

mixed feelings about this resort. it had some real issues
slow bar servicelong wait
I found several aspects of my stay less than ideal. the first issue i noticed was at check-in. My room wasn't ready at the specified time. i had to wait several hours. also, the bar service was surprisingly slow. It took a very long time to get a drink. i suspect they might have been short-staffed or the staff needed more training.

the resort organized trips directly (i thought that was great). the facilities were good. i enjoyed the pool. the sunset bar and restaurants met my needs.
the website presented misleading information. it advertised four restaurants and bars. only some were open. this limited dinner options (that disappointed me). the hotel needs more staff.

decent stay, some issues
undertrained stafffood quality
the service was not great overall. staff seemed undertrained. it took excessive time to get simple requests fulfilled, like extra towels. also, the food at the bistro was disappointing. it lacked variety and felt overpriced for the quality. i think they really need to work on staff training and improve the food quality.
