a tender escape
serene location refreshed state staff attentiveness confidence pleasure
The location offers a sense of serenity. three swimming pools kept us refreshed and entertained throughout our stay. The beach offered another way to relax. the staff's attentiveness was particularly noteworthy. They were always ready to assist. the hotel's cleanliness gave me confidence and pleasure.
I found that the elevators sometimes required a little patience. Waiting took longer than i expected!

Our double room had a beautiful sea view, romantic! the room was spacious and very clean. The organized layout made it easy to settle in quickly, and the balcony was a delight.

The restaurant provided fantastic food with a manager who always kept customers' interests at heart. She was always present. every meal felt special thanks to the attentive service, and the quality of the dishes presented an excellent experience.

poor service stained sheets
I found the a la carte restaurant quite disappointing. The food quality wasn't great and i wasn't thrilled with the male staff's attitude when i voiced my concerns. i also found it quite annoying that my sheets weren't changed , even though there were visible stains. the buffet breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day with very little variety.

great breakfast sea view daily cleaning
the hotel has a great breakfast. it was abundant and had a lot of variety. the room was a double room balcony sea view and i loved the sea view from the balcony. there was daily room cleaning which i appreciated.
The outdoor swimming pool seemed a bit small considering the amount of people. It felt a bit overcrowded.

mixed feelings About This location
high noise level cockroaches
the breakfast buffet had many options i liked this.
the noise level was high i could hear loud music until midnight this made it difficult to sleep especially since i had my family with me also our family room had cockroaches in it this was not a five-star experience i was very disappointed with this and the bugs.
