friendly staff quiet environment
I found nice staff. Kseniia helped. This detail made everything so smooth. The rooms feature new modern equipment. They are also comfortable. I really liked the quiet environment. But still, I walked easily on the beach to Bang Tao Beach's busiest part.
Walking back to the room felt very stuffy. All the corridor doesn't have air-conditioning, and the humidity in the room was extensively high. Water even formed a small puddle in the living room. This was not great

i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. the staff seemed dedicated and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. i particularly enjoyed the variety at breakfast, a nice way to start the day.
i found the music by the pool a bit too loud at times, it interrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

the hotel has several pools tucked in different areas. shuttle service to cherngtalay is a great convenience, and it is possible to reach restaurants easily. staff are very kind to.
