The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and bus station. Many eateries and a bakery are within walking distance. I enjoyed the cozy lounge that provides complimentary drinks. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful .
The pillows were not very comfortable. (I found them too soft.)

The hotel location is amazing, near the nightlife and local shopping area. Staff members were very nice! They couldn't do enough for you. The area has a stylish traditional feel.
Room cleaning fell short. I had to request it, and it was only performed every few days.

the location was pretty convenient for exploring. it was close to a lot of restaurants, and i appreciated that.
The room was quite small. I had trouble maneuvering with my luggage. the lack of daily cleaning was also a letdown. They only changed towels unless you specifically requested a cleaning for an extra charge. i wish they were more upfront about this.
