charming stay
attentive staffheated lockersample breakfastcosy bar
i found the staff consistently attentive, even during peak hours. the ski room offered heated lockers, a feature i liked. breakfast was ample, providing needed fuel for the slopes. the bar area was cosy and a welcome retreat after a day of skiing.
the room size was smaller than i anticipated, though adequate for a solo traveler. (this can be restrictive for longer stays or those with considerable luggage)

the staff provided attentive assistance throughout my stay, even during busy times. i observed quick responses to requests and a general willingness to help guests with their needs and questions.

breakfast service had a sufficient variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i saw that the dining area remained clean and well-stocked throughout the breakfast hours, (a great start to the day).

my room had individual climate control which was useful for adapting to personal preferences. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and a selection of toiletries available to guests, so i did not have to worry about bringing my own.

the location was central, acceptable for accessing the slopes.
i discovered mold in the room. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issue, i found this quite disappointing. the outdated carpet also emitted a noticeable odor, it really needs replacement.

The hotel's location proved excellent! Access to the slopes was very quick. The ski storage room was also convenient.
I was not very pleased with the lack of luggage assistance. there was no minibar in the room.
