excellent location and super clean room

the location was excellent, close to many landmarks. the room was immaculate, everything was super clean. the owner gave good instructions for self check-in and offered great recommendations. the provided coffee machine was awesome, and everything felt high quality.
i could hear everyone in the room next to me (the walls seemed thin).

the hotel is close to many landmarks, piazzas, restaurants and shopping areas. i could easily walk to the leaning tower (a major plus!). the central train station is about 20 minutes away.

my double room had air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. the room also had a kitchen area equipped with tea and coffee, biscuits, and drinks. a dining table was available in the room as well (very useful for meals).

the location was great. the tower was a short walk away. i appreciated the complimentary drinks available in the kitchen? the room was tastefully decorated.
the self check in was confusing. the bathroom was a little smelly. i could hear other guests in the next room. we never met the host .

the room was clean and had all expected amenities.
The self check in process was confusing and not user-friendly. i also heard every noise from the room next to mine. The soundproofing was terrible. the bathroom smelled bad too.
