Superb Hotel Experience
great locationfriendly staffpool closure
I loved the location It was close to the metro and nearby sites. The staff members were friendly and always ready to help with a warm smile. My breakfast was amazing with such a big choice of items. My room had soft towels and a very big comfortable bed.
The indoor pool was not available which was a bit of a bummer since it was listed as an amenity. I was really looking forward to a swim after a long day.

The hotel provides very easy access to transportation options, like the metro station right across the street. I found many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. It is very helpful when I want to quickly explore the area.

My Luxury Double Room had a modern design with comfortable furnishings I thought the large windows allowed plenty of natural light. The provided amenities included a minibar, a tv, and free Wi-Fi. Everything felt luxurious and high-quality.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym, offering cardio machines and weights I thought the on-site spa featured a sauna, a steam room, and massage services. There is also a restaurant and bar available. conference rooms for business events.

the location proved satisfactory and facilitated easy access to the metro.
the breakfast selection was insufficient and did not meet expectations for a hotel of this advertised standard. furthermore, i found the pool unavailable , though its presence was advertised. this discrepancy was frustrating.
