the breakfast included gluten-free options, so considerate. the room had coffee and tea making facilities. the location was close to the beach and town centre. parking was available, a real plus (especially in this area!).

the shower had limited temperature control.

the guest house is near the rail station, very walkable. it is situated on a quiet side street, away from noise. it's easy to get to the seafront and commercial area.

the breakfast was really good! it was very good quality and beautifully cooked. karen was very friendly and helpful.

the shower switch was hanging off the wall. i was told not to touch it. the shower only had two temperatures, hot or cold.
