i found the room very well equipped. the dinner menu had limited options, but the quality was excellent. i appreciated the helpful staff.
the floor heating worked well only in the bathroom and entrance to the room. the room itself was cold. shower doors did not close well.

The room included a clothes washer. It also featured a fridge, microwave oven, and stovetop. The room was spacious. It proved comfortable for my wife and daughter. The hotel is situated on a winding river in a tranquil setting.
I asked for a double bed. I got two single beds together instead. The television remote barely worked. I do not recommend room 203.

The room was very spacious with nice kitchen equipment. Location proved convenient, about a 40-minute drive to Reykjavik. Check-in was simple, the staff clearly explained everything (i appreciate that). There is ample free parking available.
I requested a double bed, but instead, i got two single beds pushed together.

The hotel features free parking, very convenient with cars. walking trails are available to explore the scenic surroundings near the hotel. Picnic benches are also provided for outdoor relaxation.

The hotel has a restaurant, though it sometimes lacks people. I found the breakfast to be reasonable. The hotel provides home-cooked meals, a good touch for those who prefer familiar tastes (especially when travelling with children).
