The hotel's location is superb for seeing key attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with great choices on the menu. The hotel created a relaxed and cute atmosphere.

Check-in took a little longer than expected as paperwork had to be completed at the reception desk.

the staff was very helpful. the location is great, very close to the cathedral and alcázar! i was offered help ordering an uber to the station.

The check-in process took a little longer. I had to fill out paperwork at the small reception desk. there was not much space to stand while others checked in or out.
