helpful recommendations early room welcome tea
The staff offered such helpful recommendations. Made exploring easier. our room was ready early. afternoon tea was a welcome touch. i really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.
the small reception area felt a little cramped, especially with luggage during check-in.

Breakfast included a special homemade porridge. It was like a grandma's kitchen. the selection was sufficient. snacks and drinks were provided in the afternoons for free.

our superior double or twin room featured a spacious bathroom with a powerful shower. moulton brown products were available for body and hair. the mini fridge was well stocked.

comfortable bed complimentary tea main attractions
the room included a very comfortable bed. i especially liked the complimentary afternoon tea (i really appreciated the pastries). the hotel is near all the main attractions.

superb location friendly staff delicious breakfast relaxed atmosphere
The hotel's location is superb for seeing key attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with great choices on the menu. The hotel created a relaxed and cute atmosphere.
Check-in took a little longer than expected as paperwork had to be completed at the reception desk.

The room had a very large comfortable bed plus storage space. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and plenty of towels. It was very clean upon arrival.

excellent alcazar stay
helpful staff great location
the staff was very helpful. the location is great, very close to the cathedral and alcázar! i was offered help ordering an uber to the station.
The check-in process took a little longer. I had to fill out paperwork at the small reception desk. there was not much space to stand while others checked in or out.

This hotel provides convenient access to the city center. Most attractions are within walking distance. the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, a delicious perk. i found these services helpful.
