really good stay
large room walk-in closet great food
I found the room very large with a walk-in closet. i enjoyed having two sinks in the bathroom. the restaurant gave 15% off to customers locking up phones during dinner. This was pleasant. i found the food tasted great.
The spa have only one small mixed sauna. It was broken.

the room included a very nice balcony with a view of the lake and mountains. it provided ample space for relaxation, and the setup catered well to enjoying the scenery from the comfort of the room.

staff was always available to assist with requests and inquiries. their warm demeanor and attention to detail added positively to my stay. the concierge provided helpful recommendations, and the personalized service was top tier.

amazing location delicious cake junior suite
the location is amazing with its lovely view. the reception was cute. we found delicious cake in our room, it was a birthday gift. we booked a junior suite with a lake view.
the sauna had separate areas for men and women which wasn't ideal for couples.

the staff was very professional and cute. the reception was efficient including explanations. the staff was helpful with wishes and (almost) everything was possible, a very positive point.

the hotel offers several restaurants including one japanese restaurant. all rooms have a lake view, and the minibar is complimentary. the hotel provides a medical center with detox programs, and a spa with advanced gym equipment.
