rituals toiletries blackout curtains complimentary cava
The Rituals toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. The blackout curtains worked really well, ensuring a dark and restful sleep. I was also greeted with a complimentary glass of cava upon arrival.. such a nice touch. The rooftop bar was amazing.
The minibar included with my room was not restocked , a bit disappointing.

friendly staff fruit selection great shower
The staff were always ready to assist and very friendly. Breakfast included a wide variety of fresh fruit and cheeses. I also noticed a selection of cooked-to-order egg dishes available each morning. The bathroom had a great shower and ample space.
The restaurant was understaffed one morning. This resulted in a longer wait time for service.

friendly staff historical center beautiful room
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is within walking distance of the historical center, so exploring the city was very convenient. i was actually surprised my room was beautifully decorated.
I noticed the daily cleaning service only made the bed. nothing else was cleaned. Used glasses were not removed.
