i found the hotel super stylish with a personal touch. the family operates it, so there's no corporate feel.. more a quirky, relaxed vibe. i was upgraded to a larger room at the top, it featured a humongous bathroom.
the room lacked usb ports.

the hotel has a cool bohemian design. relaxed staff are always available. i enjoyed the secret garden with the dining pods (it felt so magical!). i found excellent food and excellent wines at the restaurant.

beautiful coastal hikes are within walking distance. this location is super for exploring west wales. everything is basically on your doorstep which is awesome (convenience is everything!).

The breakfast offered a good choice on the menu. The restaurant was excellent. It offered great service and high food quality. I found Newport a lovely place with easy access to the fine coastal path.
The staircase floor covering to my room was worn. It felt somewhat dangerous.

The main house featured a beautiful room, inclusive of a large main bedroom, dressing area, and a spacious well-appointed bathroom. Big windows brightened both the bedroom and bathroom. It was quite nice.
