The building offers lovely views from many points. Radu at the bar was very warm , and he was attentive. Ally at reception recommended a delicious whiskey to me.
The carpet was matted and unclean on the stairway. My room was small , and the TV restricted space around the bed. I saw exposed wires on a light fitting outside my room.

The room was very poor, sadly. A window blind was hanging off. The beds were made but not changed, and coffee cups remained unwashed.

a lovely stay with excellent service

The location features fine views of the loch. the staff was very attentive to all needs. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious and filling. the hotel offered everything i needed for a short getaway. the warm atmosphere.
the shower pressure was quite low. this made showering difficult. i hope they address this issue soon. it somewhat detracted from an otherwise very pleasant stay.

the service was quick and responsive. staff members assisted with directions. they also provided helpful information about local attractions. everyone displayed a genuine willingness to ensure a comfortable experience.

the hotel is situated right on the loch. i could easily access walking trails near the area. it was easy to get around without a car. the proximity to nature was really good.

The hotel's restaurant had a good range of choices for dinner, including starters and desserts at fair prices. I noticed deer families eating grass every evening on the shores just in front of the dining room window AS i was having dinner.

This hotel IS conveniently placed for exploring Gairloch and accessing the North Coast 500 route. The setting is beautiful, situated right on Loch Maree's edge, which gives amazing views from many rooms.

the staff was very helpful and friendly to me. breakfast included eggs benedict, it was very good. i found the hotel classic and clean.
i noticed thin toilet paper in my room, it felt very cheap. there wasn't any water in the room. the bed was super squeaky and did not allow me to get a good sleep.
