solid stay near the beach

the room included a capsule coffee machine with lavazza capsules i found this convenient. the location is in a quiet area, near the beach and the art deco district which was really relaxing. the hotel provided beach chairs and umbrellas for use, and also offered bikes for two hours for free after i downloaded the app.
the bathroom size was small and it was cramped with little space around the sink and no shelves for toiletries i did not like that.

The staff was nice and professional. All tasks met a good standard, especially the bar staff. the food and drinks served tasted excellent. Everything was handled efficiently. i had a positive experience with the staff.

the staff were really friendly. i especially liked william who assisted with local recommendations. the hotel's location is quite convenient. it is just outside the busiest section of south beach, offering a quieter experience.
The room's air conditioning was not very effective. it was also quite noisy and seemed old. A fan above the bed was necessary. the bathroom was quite small. there was limited space around the sink, and there were no shelves for storing toiletries.

Great Boutique Hotel Experience

Our family enjoyed two nights here and found it wonderful. The hotel offered several amenities, including welcome drinks served on the porch. Bikes were available, which we used to explore the boardwalk and area near the hotel. The beach across the street had lounge chairs with umbrellas .
The bathroom door in our room was damaged and there was a sticky spot on the floor.
