the location was great and the room was also great! facilities and cleanliness were exactly as i like them. the toaster worked perfectly (it toasted the bread just right!).
the lady at reception looked confused about my arrival, i felt judged. i waited about 15 minutes for a flat white, even though i was the only one waiting (it ended up being more like an americano with milk). there seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff regarding billing.

My partner and I enjoyed a sharing charcuterie platter along with wine! The quality and quantity of the food really impressed us, it was lovely. We tried a great rosè. The wine menu had many options. The whole team provided fantastic service. They welcomed our dog too, so nice. It made us happy.
The lovely lady I met when I arrived seemed confused, this made me feel judged.

fantastic venue!

perfect settingwonderful foodgreat shower
The drawing room was perfect for afternoon tea and dinner. our guests raved about the wonderful food provided by phil mesquitta (the caterer!). the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Bathrooms include great showers and soft white towels.
