the gardens were beautiful.. we really enjoyed walking through them. the staff were good and very helpful, providing excellent service .
Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I found hairs from previous guests clogging the shower. i also thought the meal and wine seemed overpriced compared to other similar hotels in the area.

slow servicestretched staff
i found the service somewhat lacking . specifically, i encountered delays in getting attention from staff in the dining area. requesting a simple glass of water required multiple attempts, and the staff seemed stretched thin. such inattentiveness detracts from what could be a far more polished experience.

the gardens were beautiful. i particularly enjoyed walking through them in the morning. the hotel's location was peaceful. the staff were helpful and polite.
the bread at dinner was a par baked baguette. it was as white as the table cloth. fresh milk was not provided in the room, i found that disappointing.
