the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel keeps everything clean. i found black and white photography from david quite beautiful. erin even gave some good recommendations.
the rooms are only cleaned every three days. this seems unacceptable for a member of small luxury hotels. i did not find this information disclosed beforehand.

the staff gave superb assistance for getting around. the fitness center and basement restrooms remained spotlessly clean . it's near the square and transit.
i noticed some dog hair in my room, i think maybe from previous guests. it did bother my allergies just a little bit. i would still stay here though.

the hotel has a central location making it easy to explore. i found excellent dining choices were within a few blocks. this made dinners and exploring super easy.

the hotel provides free arcade games in the basement, that was fun. the lobby felt very cool and cute, really dog friendly too. parking was easy to access.

the staff were GREAT and helpful. amenities were also close to the hotel i stayed in. this made it easy to get around and find what i needed.
the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan it MADE showering uncomfortable.
