convenient location subway station rooftop bar
the location is very nice. a subway station is right next to the building. a convenience store selling hot meals is close. the rooftop bar with view EXISTS!
the room lacked a fridge unfortunately.

convenient location helpful staff
The location was great. It was very close to major attractions. Staff were helpful providing fresh towels daily. I found the proximity to the subway station very convenient.
The furniture in the room had noticeable water damage. Some pieces definitely need replacing. I hope they address this soon.

Decent stay due to excellent location
perfect location nearby attractions subway station unhelpful staff old room soft mattress
The location is perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to Bryant Park or Times Square. There is a subway station right by the hotel. Multiple lines are accessible.
The staff was not very helpful, I found. The building and the room are old. The mattress was too soft and the television did not work .

amazing stay near empire state
great attractions awesome concierge fantastic visit lovely rooftop
i found it easy to walk to many attractions from here. the concierge was awesome, really were great. i got a room with a view, it seemed like i was at a parade. i loved the rooftop, that was like the cherry on top of a fantastic visit.
the elevators took a little while sometimes.

The hotel include a rooftop bar area that offers views and a fitness center with modern equipments. I did see several treadmills and weight machines there.

Breakfast include standard fare such as eggs, bacon, and toast. I also noticed coffee and juice selections are available each morning in the dining area.

The staff help decorate our room with balloons for a birthday. I see them go above and beyond, also they upgrade guests to rooms with empire state building views.

The hotel is near many key spots, including the empire state building. subway access is directly outside the front door. I found macys across the street for quick shopping.

my room included complimentary toiletries, and i see it have a good air conditioning system that maintains a consistent temperature. the room offer a spacious layout that works well for two people or even a small family.
