superb stay!
central location prosecco arrival spacious room early check-in
The hotel's central location allowed easy access to major attractions. i appreciated the complimentary prosecco upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the room upgrade provided more space and comfort, i felt grateful. early check-in was a great convenience after a long trip.
The gym equipment was basic and not up to my standard. I found it a bit disappointing.

the soundproof room had robes and slippers, it was very quiet. the large shower had good water pressure, i felt very comfortable. the bathroom had great detail.

the hotel is close to the grand canal and st mark's square. the neighborhood was peaceful, yet central. the private dock allowed easy transport to and from the airport, and i appreciated that.

Excellent Stay Near St Mark's
room upgrade helpful staff
The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival. The location is fantastic. It is close to many attractions. Breakfast exceeded my expectations.
I experienced that the room was very hot. There seemed to be little control over the heating system. The gym was basic. The equipment was not up to standard.

The rooms are designed beautifully. They give off a wonderful vibe. Silk wallpaper and specific furniture are excellent. It was like staying in a royal palace. It gave a very royal impression.

The hotel has a restaurant with a view of one of the canals. Watching the gondolas and water taxis was like a film scene. It was lovely. It is close to St Mark's Square and Rioalto.

The staff is very polite and attentive. Breakfast is varied. There is a fantastic spa area on the hotel's fourth floor. The service there is great! They are helpful and offer great assistance.

This hotel provided a great experience. The location was very convenient for accessing key attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff was always helpful and polite (especially Sergiu at the front desk).

The room was spacious and beautiful, overlooking a courtyard. The bed and pillows were luxurious. I slept well every night because of this comfort (best sleep ever!).

noticeable smell restricted access
the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i found the common areas had a noticeable smell. the rooftop access was restricted , requiring payment for spa services. this felt exclusive and not very cute for all guests.
