i was charmed by the seamless assistance with flowers, arranged through reception. she was really good. the staff greeted us with a lovely welcome display in our room. food was of a high standard, and all staff were really helpful.
the room furniture seemed a little basic, a very minor point . it did not detract from my overall positive experience.

the breakfast menu offered many options cooked to order. staff especially one named joy were very attentive to my needs. the restaurant served excellent tasty food.
the room's furniture was very poor. i found the lobby cold and dark upon arrival. the reception wasn't manned and the door was open.

The location was indeed in the middle of town , making it easy to walk around.
The twin room I received instead of the double I booked was disappointing. All fire doors along the corridor were propped open. The room decor felt quite dated with worn carpets and randomly assorted furniture.
