wonderful room and friendly staff
wardrobe spaceexcellent showercustomer service
the room was very spacious. it offered lots of wardrobe space. i found usb points by the bed and a large tv. the shower was excellent with a separate toilet from the shower room. i used the nespresso machine, which also delivered hot water for tea.
i noticed the reception staff lacked consistency in customer service. one person did not seem concerned about safety and looked to be untruthful. it seemed he needed more training.

the hotel boasts a perfect location, accessible parking is an advantage. i found it easy to find my way around. overall, i was quite satisfied with its accessibility.

the room was very spacious it also had lots of wardrobe space. the shower was excellent and i liked the separate toilet from the shower room.
i did not like the lighting in the room it was poor. we had to use a phone to see better. the proximity parking was congested and this was not good

During my visit, the breakfast fell short. It lacked variety and felt quite basic. there was only one coffee machine for the entire room so the wait time was long, and the coffee wasn't very good. it was disappointing, especially considering the price.
