serene southern stay
attentive staffquick check-inrelaxing atmosphere
the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i checked in quickly and received clear information about the hotel amenities. the courtyard pool area provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating.
the ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service.

the breakfast attendant, ursula, greeted each guest warmly creating a cute environment. autumn, shay, and devon at the front desk provided helpful directions and recommendations. even the night security guard, mr t, was friendly and conversational.
