i needed a quiet room and a work desk to prepare. i got a big, spacious room perfect for work. batoul was very helpful . every staff member was so warm and professional.
it's an older hotel so it can use some updating. there were many drain flies in the hallways and surrounding areas. luckily, i saw none in my room.

the hotel has restaurant upstairs, serving drinks and meals. i ordered lattes from there, a quick and easy way to start the day. the breakfast had a good selection of various items.

The staffs were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean. I appreciated the bottled water provided in the room. The indian palace restaurant is next door to the hotel and is an amazing restaurant.
I think the hotel could benefit from UPDATING its facilities, especially in some of the older areas. This would further enhance the guest experience.
