The food was excellent for both the evening meal and breakfast. The staff provided a friendly welcome and were very attentive . There is ample parking, a great convenience .

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was also very good. I especially liked the jacuzzi bath. It was lovely. I found the decor pleasing too. I enjoyed having those amenities .

The Sunday lunch featured perfectly cooked beef , alongside delicious Yorkshire puddings. The staff members were efficient and lovely. I liked the cosy ambiance in the bar , I found it cute.
The room felt a bit cramped and lacked its own shower. The shared shower on the floor below had very poor water pressure , it was hardly usable. I found that quite disappointing.

The bathroom heating didn't work, this was annoying. the bath leaked when the plug was removed. I had to mop it up with towels, what a mess. i found a small plastic nozzle in my wife's meal. It's unacceptable.

i had such a wonderful time! the food was excellent, especially the steak. the parfait was a total win. i also loved the depth of flavor in the bisque , it was so good i wanted to lick the bowl clean. everything was fairly priced too!

We had a family meal for a significant birthday. Carly helped create the perfect menu and booked rooms for everyone! She responded quickly to all questions, I appreciated that. The meal service was perfect. All guests raved about the delicious food. The beef rump and passion fruit cheesecake stood out!
The hot water in the room got hot. I feel a cautionary sign would be beneficial.
