Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
clean place great amenity quick service
The service was great all round. The place was clean and tidy. I really appreciated that. All amenities were great. The food from The Bay Club tasted delicious. It was served quickly. I am grateful.
I noticed some paths around the building need a refresh, especially where there are broken tiles. I hope this will be fixed soon.

This hotel has a great position with wonderful views of the ocean. It is close to the town center and Chinatown is also nearby. There is a bus stop to Cable Beach directly by the hotel.

Two swimming pools are available , as well as a nice bar. Gardens surround the premises. They are well kept. The hotel provides staircase access to the moon viewing.

The front desk staff accommodated a late checkout to match my flight check-in. I found this helpful. The staff are friendly, I appreciated their cute attitude. The service was efficient and attentive.

Really good Stay with Minor Hiccup
spacious layout good variety laundry facilities
My room had a spacious layout, very convenient. The restaurant and bar offered a good variety. I appreciated the walking distance to town. I used the laundry facilities, very practical for my needs. The staff even returned my washing while I was out on a tour. This was a nice touch.
The customer service in the food department was quite slow. It made some meals less enjoyable. But the convenience of having everything on-site outweighed this small issue.

The hotel location is central. It is a short walk from both Town Beach and Chinatown districts. The hotel features an outdoor bar restaurant area with two pools. There is a gym located between the accommodation wings.
Breakfast had a limited choice. There was no option for a simple Continental breakfast like toast and coffee. The bathroom floor flooded during showers. Water leaked through gaps in the glass door.
