Carol welcomed me warmly at reception. She shared interesting details about the hotel's history. The lounge offered a decorated area for Christmas. The hotel has a very safe environment. I enjoyed the warm and comfortable lobby .
The old sheets looked worn, containing fuzz and a few hair strands.

The room was not as clean as i expected. i found some hairs on the bathroom floor. It was quite unpleasant. also, the bed was small, and it was uncomfortable. i didn't sleep well .

the staff were warm and friendly. the breakfast offered a good variety, especially the continental options. i liked that hot drinks were available in the lounge anytime i wanted one.
the room did not have a great view. i would have appreciated more hotel amenities for the price i paid. the area wasn't my favorite, but i felt safe and it was easy to get to the metro.

the staff was genuinely pleasant. i found the living room open at all times, a nice touch for coffee. the bathroom had great water pressure, which i always appreciate. the door to the bathroom was a proper door, not a sliding barrier.
My room was small. It barely fit my luggage.
