the outdoor pool was acceptable.
The card payment process at check-in was frustrating. the staff insisted my card wasn't working and demanded another one, even though it worked fine when they retried. a cash deposit was also required. This wasn't clear and i didn't have the cash ready. it was annoying

The room was a Beautiful Pool View and included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also included. The breakfast had a nice selection of food.
The staff was amazing and accommodating. I found the free transfer to Patong three times a day very convenient. The delicious breakfast had good variety, which I appreciated. The pool was a good size with a nice view.
I noticed the sunbed area was small, made finding a spot difficult during peak hours.

The room overlooked the pool and also had a partial view of the sea from the balcony. This was very relaxing. The minibar was stocked with a reasonable selection of drinks and snacks, which I found convenient.

The location is suitable for isolation from the bustle. The hotel is located on a hill, but the walk up was manageable. Taxis charged a minimum fare from the beach to the hotel.
