AMAZING stay
We received a complimentary upgrade and a free dinner at the buffet for one evening, a SUPER gift. The staff arranged a food package for our early ferry journey since we would miss breakfast. i appreciate that.
The pool closed quite early in the evening. This limited our time to RELAX by the pool after our daytime activities. i wish the pool hours were extended.

The breakfast offered many choices, and the buffet dinner included a wide variety of options for everyone. I found fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes. The waitresses were especially helpful when bringing our drinks to the pool area. It was convenient.

The hotel is located close to the old town and harbor. It's just a short, pleasant walk. The location offers beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. I could easily explore the area. The hotel also provided convenient access to nearby beaches.

friendly staff birthday gifts
the hotel location is near the old town. it is a quick walk and i enjoyed that we were able to easily get around. the staff were super friendly. we got some special birthday gifts. i want to thank the staff for that. everything was perfect
the gym seemed a bit old.

tiny room unhelpful staff
the buffet breakfast was acceptable and included a large selection.
i booked a superior junior suite and instead got a tiny room. the shower was terrible and noisy due to outside fans. the furniture was chipped. it was like i was sleeping next to engines and the staff wasn't helpful at all! i was told to contact my travel agent, but they told me to speak to someone at the resort, but there was no one available.

clean pool area harbour view breakfast choice
the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for everyone. the pool area was clean with ample seating . i had a fabulous view over the harbor from my room.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated.

outdated rooms limited food
the hotel claimed to be a four-star hotel , but i think it's more like a three-star. the rooms definitely show their age. the food selection was limited , and the quality wasn't great , it reminded me of a canteen. also , you had to pay extra for drinks during dinner.
