the hotel location is near the old town. it is a quick walk and i enjoyed that we were able to easily get around. the staff were super friendly. we got some special birthday gifts. i want to thank the staff for that. everything was perfect

the gym seemed a bit old.

the buffet breakfast was acceptable and included a large selection.

i booked a superior junior suite and instead got a tiny room. the shower was terrible and noisy due to outside fans. the furniture was chipped. it reminded me of i was sleeping next to engines and the staff wasn't helpful at all! i was told to contact my travel agent, but they told me to speak to someone at the resort, but there was no one available.

the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for everyone. the pool area was clean with ample seating . i had a fabulous view over the harbor from my room.

the gym equipment felt a bit dated.

the hotel claimed to be a four-star hotel , but i think it's more like a three-star. the rooms definitely show their age. the food selection was limited , and the quality wasn't great , it was like a canteen. also , you had to pay extra for drinks during dinner.
