superb ensuitefabulous breakfastsideal location
the room was super clean, boasting a superb ensuite. breakfast was fabulous both mornings. the location is also ideal for exploring durdle door and lulworth cove.
the one slight issue was the garden furniture on the front lawn, it seems a bit forgotten as it is turning green

the location suited my plans well, being close to the jurassic coast. a regular public bus connection nearby made travel simple. the expansive garden provided a quiet space for relaxation in the evenings.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, nothing too serious though.

The breakfast was very good with freshly cooked options brought to the table.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a problem. I saw many cobwebs in the room, particularly around the curtain rail and behind the TV. The extractor fan in the bathroom was also covered in dust. Small stains marked the bed linen and towels, and tea stains remained in the mugs. The building could benefit from some maintenance.

the room included a fridge stocked with water and glasses were available the bed was very comfortable breakfast featured fresh fruit salad and cherry tomatoes i had access to streaming services on the tv
